A Ready-to-Use Base for Casket Spray Designs

Designed for funeral and sympathy floristry, this single casket saddle combines wet floral foam with a molded plastic tray. The 36 × 27 × 11.5 cm format provides a practical foundation for creating a one-sided floral spray arranged for display on a casket.

Tray and Clips Help Secure the Foam

The molded tray supports the foam from below, while the integrated clips help hold the foam blocks in position as flowers and foliage are inserted. The tray also helps collect excess water during preparation and display. Check the finished arrangement before delivery and handle it level to help reduce spills.

Floral Foam for Fresh Flower Stems

The wet foam is designed to absorb water and support fresh flower stems in a structured arrangement. For best saturation, allow the foam to absorb water naturally; do not force it underwater.

• Water absorption: Designed to sink fully within 60 seconds under standard soaking conditions.
• Stem support: Firm foam helps hold flower stems and foliage in position, including heavier materials when arranged appropriately.
• Low crumbling: A stable structure helps reduce crumbling during normal insertion and arranging.
• pH: Target range approximately 6.0–7.0; confirm the current production specification for the exact batch.
• Water retention: Display life varies with flower type, temperature, humidity and care. Keep the foam adequately hydrated.

Ordering Information

Standard MOQ: 1 × 40HQ. Standard lead time is 30 days after deposit. Payment terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Custom logo orders may require a higher MOQ.

Samples are available with sample and freight costs paid by the customer. After the sample is approved, the sample fee can be deducted from a formal order; freight is excluded.
